New Two-Tier Football Stand with VIP Hospitality Lounge
Scope
Front Five have completed a new 2 tier football stand and hospitality lounge for a Blue Chip client and stadia partner, as part of a massive ongoing development of an award-winning Premiership football ground.

Objective
The new stand consists of a new TV studio overlooking the pitch, and a premium
quality hospitality dining area, complete with kitchens and bar areas, new toilet
facilities, concessions, stores, and TV gantry positions.
Front Five undertook a full mechanical & electrical installation, inclusive of
major infrastructure alterations, on the multi-million pound project and worked
closely with key members of the team to deliver these very challenging works within
the tightest of programme deadlines, following a highly successful period in the clubs history.
Front Five were selected for our ability to carry out full bespoke turnkey design,
management, installation, and then building integration in a very short time scale,
where our flexibility as specialist owner-inclusive contractor gave the client and his
architectural team direct access to decision making, adapting the project fluently and
this has hopefully been the first part of our ongoing relationship with this impressive client.
