Overview
Front Five were appointed to undertake the new refurbishment upgrade works to the Grade 1 listed Corn Exchange building in Leeds.
Scope
The works included the creation of a purpose made retail areas, and exclusive eating experience, as well as essential upgrades to the infrastructure and an external lighting scheme to highlight the fantastic architecture of the building.

The project, once again partnered with one of our key clients, relied upon the highest
quality finish to the existing building, in an upgrade that was both sympathetic to the
150-year-old building structure and enhances the external visuals to this iconic
building.
The project got underway in 2018 and was carried out over numerous stages to allow
for all the higher floors of the building to remain in full operation throughout the
works.
