As part of an expansion to the arts facility, we have undertaken the creation of a 4-storey building and a specialist extension.
Scope
Front Five Building Services were appointed to carry out all mechanical and electrical
services to the East Street Arts Building in Leeds.
As part of an expansion to the arts facility, the creation of a 4-storey building and a
specialist extension was undertaken, with the aim of preserving the aesthetic similarities
of the original building whilst still creating dedicated areas for metalworks and studios,
whilst also incorporating residential space for the invited artists.

Objective
Front Five undertook all mechanical and electrical services to the facility,
including incorporating full design and build solutions to ensure continuity to a
specialist project that combines both new and existing building construction.
