Having started on site in August 2016, Front Five have carried out the full mechanical and electrical services to a new build specialist mixed use scheme including: office space, daycentre, coffee / café, and drive through in Bradford

Objective
The varied use of the facility created its own unique issues and enabled us to
carry out some high quality engineering installations in conjunction with the
end client fit out design team, to ensure the themed visual aesthetic was exactly
as described by the interior designers.
Taking the clients performance requirements, Front Five Building Services have designed
and installed the full mechanical, electrical, and specialist services including; LPHW heating,
domestic hot and cold water services, above ground drainage, sanitaryware, controls, ventilation,
LV distribution, small power, internal and external lighting, photovoltaics, data, communal
TV system, fire alarm, security, door access control, CCTV, and car charging facilities.
