Overview
Front Five Building Services Limited were appointed to replace and upgrade the boosted domestic water systems at The Square Student Accommodation, Nottingham for a key client following life cycle investigations.
Scope
As part of maintenance and system infrastructure upgrade works, our client required the replacement of the boosted water system providers within the main building plantroom, forming part of the infrastructure to the full facility, and all works were carried out whilst in full occupation, whilst avoiding disruption to student facilities.

Objective
The Front Five Team worked closely with the on-site management team to ensure
minimal disruption to students occupying the residence.
The project formed part of our strategic facilities management and emergency
response works department and spans a number of nationwide facilities for the same key client.
