Front Five Building Services were awarded this fantastic new project to design, install, and commission new energy village complex at Ollerton with our regular key client partner.
Scope
The project consists of 10 business units, comprising between 2,000 and 7,500 sq. ft with the opportunity for combined space of up to 13,000 sq. ft on a new build site, which was previously a prestigious development space.

The project was prided on being developed and constructed in a sustainable efficient way, and our partners were picked on their ability to demonstrate their key skills by working locally with the scheme stakeholders to deliver a long-term solution to the expanding site.
