Front Five Building Services Limited were appointed to carry out the full mechanical & electrical services to the new retail zone within South Baileygate Retail Park.

The project was to create two new retail outlets, as well as refit an existing facility,
to allow for new tenants to expand their retail space.
We carried out high level services as well as external infrastructure to all new, and
refurbished areas, as well as traditional mechanical, electrical services, and small
power to the retail front and back of house.
