Front Five Building Services Limited were delighted to have secured the contract for Phase I of the Tetley Hall Project in Headingley, Leeds. The scheme formed part of a 2-year undertaking and was delivered in stages to release significant levels of residential, commercial, and social care space over the following years.

Objective
The initial part of the scheme involved the design and build of the mechanical,
electrical and plumbing works to 13 residential units over two blocks. Works
started on this phase in April 2017 after the design for this phase was approved.
Front Five were appointed due to their completion of a high standard extra care facility,
as well as previous work with an established partner to our business.
