This phase was a further development of the area plan and forms a residential hub in the heart of Headingley.
Scope
Front Five Building Services Limited were pleased to announce we secured the contract for Phase 2 of the Tetley Hall Project in Headingley, Leeds.

Objective
The Phase 2 part of the scheme involved the design and build of the mechanical,
electrical and plumbing works to 31 residential units over multiple floors.
Works were developed by our partner design team, and we handled the installation
of the mechanical, and electrical services.
The project was completed Summer 2018 and included completion of the southern vista
of the development which is a mixture of new build residential, and period building
redevelopment.
